Reports

Every report is HTML you can print or save. No cloud. The live database is the authority when you can open it. Paper is what you keep with the kit when you cannot.

Paper journal

One packet for the safe or the kit. Snapshot date on the cover. Count of firearms, rounds, food items and meal-days, essentials, and documents. Then the lists — with blank Used and Left columns you mark in pencil.

Why it exists: if the PC or USB is dead, this is still the list. Document images and ID files are not printed here. Print those separately if you need paper copies.

Food stores

Report What it shows Benefit
Food inventory Brand, name, quantity, unit, servings, storage, expiration. A shelf list you can walk with. Catch what is about to expire before you need it.
Food dashboard Servings, estimated days, overall status. One number for “how long will this household eat.”
What-if days Days of supply for a people count you choose. Test guests, a neighbor, or a different household size without changing Settings.
Calories Calories across counted meals; estimates by activity. A bucket of food is not a ration plan. This is closer to what people will actually burn.

Other essentials

Report What it shows Benefit
Essentials inventory Medical, tools, batteries, water, hygiene — quantity, storage, expiration. The first-aid kit that expired last year shows up here, not in an emergency.

Document Center

Report What it shows Benefit
Current document card One record: type, related module, dates, description, images if you include them. A binder page for a CCW, policy, or training cert without printing the whole vault.
All documents by type Index grouped by type — title, related item, expiration, last reviewed, file count. No file bodies. See what you have without exposing IDs. Same idea as the journal index.
Expiring in six months Permits, insurance, licenses coming due. Renew before the range or the airport, not after.
Image set — selected / current / all Photos only: one image, this record, or every image in Document Center. Front and back of a license, printed from the report viewer. Images, not a data dump.

Checklists

Report What it shows Benefit
Checklist progress Each line: Have / Need / N/A, quantity, last checked, linked food or essential. A list you can run under stress. Linked stock keeps the list honest.

Firearms

Report What it shows Benefit
Active inventory Unsolds grouped by type (Pistol (12)…) with a count line at the top. Sorted by manufacture date inside each type. Readable at 50 guns. Useful at two. Insurance and “what is in the safe tonight.”
Full inventory Active plus sold, same grouping. Sold table by date. A records backup, including what left the house.
Trading card One firearm, description and photos, binder page. Theft report, estate folder, or a clean print of the gun you actually carry.
Bill of sale Private-party form pre-filled from the record. Names entered at print time. A transfer without retyping serial and caliber from memory.

Ammunition

Report What it shows Benefit
Inventory by caliber A table per caliber. Purpose (Duty, Defensive, Hunting, Range, Drone, Not Specific). Totals: rounds, lots, paid, average per round. Grand total at the end. Duty is not mixed with range leftovers. 16,000 rounds stay readable.
Summary by type and location Quantities by caliber and storage, with totals. Where it actually sits — safe, closet, vehicle kit.
Reorder list Lots below your threshold. Special-use called out. Buy before a shortage, not during one.
Age report Lot age from purchase date, with storage-life guidance. Old ammo is a training note, not a surprise on a defensive load.

Maintenance and usage

Report What it shows Benefit
Maintenance history Cleaning, repairs, range days, rounds, malfunctions — one gun or all. Proof it was maintained. Catch the gun that has never been cleaned.

Portfolio and value

Report What it shows Benefit
Portfolio summary Paid versus estimated value. Insurance and estate numbers without opening a spreadsheet.
Value by type / action / maker Breakdown across categories. Where the money actually sits in the safe.
